  Our company was first established in May 1997 with the closure of the Repatriation Artificial Limb and Appliance Centre (Ralac) in NSW.

We currently service the Amputee clinics conducted in rural NSW at Lismore, Coffs Harbour and Dubbo, as well as the Sydney metropolitan clinics at the New Children’s Hospital Westmead, Lady Davidson Hospital Turramurra and Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney (Coorabel) at Ryde.  A clinic is also conducted by a Rehabilitation Specialist in our rooms at Lidcombe on a weekly basis.

About our products

All prostheses are custom made usually from a plaster impression of the residual limb and according to the Prosthetic Prescription raised for each individual’s case.

Construction of the prosthesis will always take into consideration factors such as :-

  • the client’s weight & general well being;
  • the client’s activity level & intentions/aims re the use of the device;
  • the client’s previous experience with the use of a prosthesis; and
  • the overall weight of the prosthesis regarding the use of stainless steel, aluminium or titanium componentry.
All orthotics are made or supplied with due regard to the referral or prescription provided by the clients’ case manager i.e. specialist, podiatrist, etc.
